All regular meetings are held at the Finneytown Secondary Campus (8916 Fontainebleau Terrace, Cincinnati, Ohio) Media Center unless otherwise indicated. Meeting time is 7:30 p.m. The board meets the third Monday of each month (third Tuesday in September, January, February) unless otherwise indicated. Other meetings will be announced consistent with Ohio law.

Board members are elected officials serving our school district. The Board meets the third Monday of each month (third Tuesday in September, January and February) at 7:30 p.m. in the Finneytown H.S. Media Center. Board meetings are open to the public. Meetings are shown on Waycross Community Media on Government Access Channel 23 on the third Tuesday at 7:00 PM Thursday at 8:00 PM and Saturdays at 4:00 PM. Once a formal motion is made, seconded and carried(with the reason for such a meeting stated), the board may recess to Executive Session for discussion.  However, open meetings will not be adjourned until after its Executive Session.  Topics to be discussed in Executive Session are limited to such matters as personnel, real estate acquisition, security, or consultation with attorneys.
