  6.  Light yogurt
  7.  Jell-o Cups
  8.  Low-fat ice cream, frozen yogurt, sherbet
  9.  Popcorn (94% fat-free microwave)
  10.  Frozen juice pops
  11.  Fruits and vegetables
  12.  Trail Mix (NOTE: Check with your child’s teacher regarding nut allergies in the classroom)
 
Beverages:
100% fruit juice, ice cold water, flavored bottled water, drinkable low-fat yogurt, flavored milk.
