Good Afternoon Brent Families,

We are very excited to have all 300 K-2 students in session tomorrow, Thursday, August 25th!  During morning arrival, we will be holding all students outside for our first Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Assembly to kick-off the new school year.  We want all Brent students to hear the same message as we learn the Wildcat Way.  Brent students are Respectful, Responsible, Safe, and Problem Solvers! Similar to staggered-start days, each classroom teacher will be outside standing at an orange cone, along the front of the building/playground, meeting their students.  The arrival process begins at 8:10 a.m.  A tradition begun last year, we will have some surprise visitors from Springfield Township to help us get the message across.  We will be recognizing our visitors, as well.  Shhhhhhh.  It’s a secret!  After our assembly, students will enter the building and begin there day!

Please click on the attached newsletter, The Brent Beat, below.  Hard copies will come home in tomorrow’s Thursday Folders.

Thank you for partnering with us in your child(ren)’s education.

Go Wildcats!

John
