Finneytown High School Recognizes Students Inducted into National Honor Society

In accordance with the four pillars of the National Honor Society, 18 Finneytown High School students were inducted this month. These students represent the pillars of scholarship with a cumulative GPA of 3.0, service with numerous community efforts, leadership through school, church, and community, and character they display every day. Students pledged before families and friends “to uphold the high purpose of the National Honor Society” and “be true to the principles for which it stands; to be loyal to my school; to maintain and encourage high standards of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.” We applaud these students who strive for higher values and exceed the norms. Dr. Dinan, principal of Finneytown High School, explained, “Each of these students has worked hard and taken an active role in trying to make the school community a better place.  They have set high standards for themselves and serve as role models for all of us. We're very proud of them and congratulate them on their induction to National Honor Society.”

The following students were inducted to National Honor Society: Bretia Abreha, Thalia Ahlers, Alleson Arnold, Jaden Barber, Forrest Brown, Cameron Bruder, Ben Brueggemeyer, Julia Duitch, Renisicia Essex, Kelsey Kerschner, Alexandra Lee, Neha Moktan, Lauren Schmidtgesling, Paige Sedgwick, Emily Schegman, Isabella Smart, Ashley Hefner, and Zach Wuorinen.
